see the drunkard of the village

See. I told you it would all go horribly wrong. Poor old Alice will be regretting sipping so much Claret tomorrow morning. I hope this is a lesson to you all. Now I just need to practice what I preach.

You did a great job on the wooden base. The shading and the texture is perfect. I love your drawings by the way. Not just the skill, which is wonderful, but also the style and the details and the imagination involved.

I love your thoughts on getting to know the characters and liking or disliking them. I am working on a biography of an editor and publisher of a newspaper from years ago, and I am really into these real life "characters."
