Great image. The colors are so beautiful and the pita...well it just looks good enough to eat. Nice job with your captions...especially the ones that go along with the lemon juice and tabasco...I like how they end with arrows.

Miss Joseph, as always a captivating piece of work. These 'collage' style works that mix text and image really do come alive ~ like a wonderful painting enhanced by a poem ~ or a collection of words that are brought together by a single image.

I should imagine that the phrase 'up and down like a bride's nightie' come to mind. I hope that's not too BLUE.

I love your work!! I'm so glad I found your blog. It's been so great to see such interesting work by such a talented artist.

I've noticed on several of your posts you listed lyrics as the label. What does that mean?

Thank you all guys,

I did reconsider posting this as the words are a little dark so it's ironic how many people have said it's uplifting. Or maybe not I guess the drawing is.

Mr Edwards - I'm sure you can say that...if you were in a Carry On film.

Georgann -I have tagged some (most)posts with 'lyrics' because I've used somebodies lyrics somewhere within the post or drawing.

Cheers.

Beautiful lyrics - for some reason they really resonate this time of year. I love how the ingredients in the sandwich seem to be exploding out, instead of falling in. Something about that reversal of the expected that makes it especially compelling.
